After a brilliant career and undeniable truth of full commitment to the University’s community, Mr Salmi Mustapha went to retirement.

On Thursday morning, October 31, 2019, in the presence of the Rector of University of Tlemcen, Pr Kebir Boucherit, staff, co-workers and social partners, Mr Salmi Mustapha was honoured at the faculty of Technology Library. On this occasion, his co-workers attested to his dedication and work ethics. His professionalism is a role model to all his colleagues to do better.
